摘要
目的 :探讨滋补脾阴方药对老龄大鼠脑线粒体膜ATP酶活性的影响。方法 :以 2 3月龄SD大鼠为自然衰老鼠 ,以脑线粒体膜共轭双烯 (CD)、丙二醛 (MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH Px)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、Na+ K+ ATP酶、Ca2 + Mg2 + ATP酶为主要指标 ,观察滋补脾阴方药的作用。结果 :老龄大鼠脑线粒体膜存在脂质过氧化损伤和能量代谢障碍。滋补脾阴方药可增强其抗氧化酶和ATP酶活性 ,降低脂质过氧化物含量。结论 :滋补脾阴方药延缓脑老化的机理可能在于通过对老龄大鼠脑线粒体膜脂质过氧化损伤有明显的保护作用 ,对脑细胞能量代谢障碍有显著改善。
Objective: To study the effect of the PNPY on the brain mitochondria ATP ase activity of senile rats. Method: 23month old SD rats are observed as naturally senile rate, of brainmitochondria membrane are conjugateddienes (CD), molondialdehyde (MDA), glutathione peroxidase (GSH Px), superoxide dismutase (SOD), Na + K + ATP ase and Ca 2+ Mg 2+ ATP ase measured as indexes to observe the effect of the PNPY.[WT5”HZ]Result:[WT5”BZ] Lipidsupereoxyde injury and energy metabolism defect exist in the brain mitochondria membrane of senile rats. Conclusion: The PNPY is likely to delay the aging of brain via protecting brain mitochondria membrane of senile rats from lipidsupereoxyde injury, and remarkly improving brain cells energy metobolism defect.
