摘要
为了进一步观察药物寒热属性对泻下药作用时辰差异的影响，采用炭末推进法观察了温下代表方剂三物备急散对小鼠泻下作用的时辰差异。分别于酉（１８：００）、子（２４：００）、卯（６：００）、午（１２：００）四个时辰灌胃给药０２３ｇ／ｋｇ，结果卯时给药组排便量较其它时辰用药组明显增多，炭末排出时间也较其它时辰用药组明显缩短，此结果与大承气汤在卯时对小鼠泻下作用最强的实验结果相一致，表明药物的寒热属性对泻下药作用的时辰差异无明显影响，提示在临床应用寒下剂或热下剂，最佳给药时间均在酉时。
To investigare the influence of different attribute of purgative on the circadian rhythms of purging effect, the purging effect of San Wn Bei Ji Powder (SWBJP), a typical purgative with hot nature, taken during the chosen traditional twelve two hour periods has been tested in mice and then compared with that of Da Cheng Qi Decoction (DCQD), a typical purgative with cold nature. The results indicated that the purging effect of SWBJP were best when taken at 6:00 o'clock than at other time.These findings are consistent with our previous findings of DCQD.These results demonstrate that the different attribute of purgative with hot nature or cold nature has no effect on the circadian rhythms of purging effect. So purgative of hot nature and cold nature all had better to be taken clinically during sunset.
