摘要
应用粪便色点测定法观察了正常小鼠排便的昼夜变化及择时应用大承气汤对小鼠泻下作用的影响。结果表明，正常小鼠排便存在明显的昼夜节律，且在酉（１８：００）、子（２４：００）、卯（６：００），午（１２：００）四个时辰分别用大承气汤（２２ｇ／ｋｇ）给小鼠灌胃，引起小鼠泻下的作用以卯时最强，与其它各时展给药组有显著差异。
he circadian rhythm of physiological defecation in mice and purging action of DCQD on mice h3ve been investi-ated by measuring the colour and number of feces. The results show that there is a circadian rhythm of defecation inmice and the purging action of DCQD applied at You (18: 00), Zi (24: 00), Mao (6: 00), Wu (12: 00)(22g/kg, po) varied with the traditional twelve two-hour periods. The effect during Mao (6: 00) is the best as com-pared with others.
