摘要
用邻苯三酚(0-6 m mol/L) 对肝细胞的氧化损伤模型观察了白藜芦醇甙对肝细胞的作用。结果表明,白藜芦醇甙0-05 、0-1 、0-5 、1 、2 及4m mol/L 作用肝细胞后,能降低邻苯三酚引起的一氧化氮( NO) 和丙二醛( MDA) 升高,抑制一氧化氮合成酶(NOS) 活性,升高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD) 和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSPPx) 活性,减少GSH 消耗,降低邻苯三酚导致的细胞悬液中ALT 浓度增高。
A model of hepatocyte damage induced by pyrogallic acid was used to investigate the effects and mechanism of polydatin on hepatocytes in mice. The results showed that after 1h incubation, a series of concentrations of polydatin (0.05~4mmol/L) decreased contents of NO and MDA, inhibited the NOS activity, increased SOD, GSH Px and GSH, suppressed ALT released by the cells in the culture medium. The results indicated that polydatin could protect hepatocytes from oxidative injury induced by pyrogallic acid.
