摘要
马鹿鹿角提取物能抑制右旋糖酐和二甲苯所致急性渗出性炎症，对慢性肉芽组织增生性炎症也有明显的抑制作用，对组胺、５ＨＴ。
The anti inflammatory effect of the antler extracts for the acute and chronic experimental inflammations were studied.It was found that the antler extracts showed significant inhibitory effect on exudative inflammations induced by dextran and xylene and hyperplastic inflammation of chronic granuloma induced by cotton pellets.In addition,antler extracts also possess obvious inhibitory effect on permeability increase of blood capillary induced with histamine,5 HT and PGE 1.
