摘要
己烯雌酚所致乳腺增生大鼠ｉｇ和ｓｃ鹿角提取物对血中催乳素ｐｒｏｌａｃｔｉｎ（ＰＲＬ）升高有抑制作用，尤其皮下给药最为明显。角叉菜胶和己烯雌酚两种炎症模型都伴有血中ＰＲＬ含量的升高，鹿角提取物对其ＰＲＬ升高均有抑制作用。本文证明，鹿角提取物抑制ＰＲＬ升高的机制可能通过升高脑多巴胺（ＤＡ）含量。
The mechanism of antler extracts for cystic hyperplasia of breast in the rat was studied.It was found that the antler extracts showed significant inhibitory effect on prolactin (PRL) content increase in the serum induced by the chondrusin and hexestrol.This study determined that when the content of dopamine (DA) in the brain was enhanced,the density of PRL in the serum was down regulated.
