摘要
通过培养的兔主动脉平滑肌细胞（ＳＭＣ）氚胸腺嘧啶核苷掺入量和培养液中超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）、脂质过氧化物（ＬＰＯ）、前列环素（ＰＧＩ２）及环磷酸腺苷ｃＡＭＰ含量的测定，观察了当归提取液对ＳＭＣ增殖的影响。结果表明：当归提取液有抑制ＳＭＣ增殖的作用，其作用呈剂量依赖关系。当归提取液可能通过增加ＳＯＤ活性，降低ＬＰＯ水平，升高ＰＧＩ２、ｃＡＭＰ水平（Ｐ均＜０．０５）。
The effects of Angelica extracts on the proliferation of cultured rabbit aortic smooth muscle cells(SMC) were studied with 3H TdR incorporation data of SMC and contents of superoxide dismutase (SOD),lipid peroxide(LPO),prostacyclin(PGI 2),cyclic AMP (cAMP) in medium.The results showed that Angelica extracts may inhibit SMC proliferation by increasing SOD activity,decreasing LPO,raising PGI 2 and cAMP (all P<0.05),and the inhibitory action accompanied with the dose effect relation.
