摘要
北豆根总碱25 m g/kg 、50 m g/kg ip 能显著增强热 应激所致 的免疫功 能低下小 鼠迟发 型超敏 反应及脾脏空斑形成细胞溶血能力;北豆根总碱 50 m g/kg ip 能 显著增 强模型 鼠单 核巨噬 细胞吞 噬功能 及血清 溶血素的生成。热应激后小鼠血清皮质酮含量升高,北豆根总碱 能显著降 低其血 清皮质 酮含量, 提示总 碱能通 过抑制皮质酮的升高而调节机体的免疫功能。
In present paper, the immunomodulatory effects of total alkaloid of Menispermum (TAM) in heat stressed mice were studied. The experimental results showed that TAM ip 25mg/kg, 50mg/kg significantly increased DTH reaction and the production of spleen plaque cell (PFC) in heat stressed mice. TAM 50mg/kg notably enhanced phagocytosing function of monocyte macrophage system and the development of serum hemolysin which were inhibited by heat stressor. Exposed to 45℃ for 15min, serum cortrcosterone in mice was increased markedly and TAM significantly decreased it in heat stressed mice. This result indicated that the immunomodulatory effects of TAM in heat stressed mice were due to inhibiting the increase of serum corticosterone.
