摘要
大剂量甲状腺素所致甲亢型阴虚证大鼠心率加快，痛阈降低，血清Ｔ３、Ｔ４浓度升高，甲状腺指数降低，血糖降低，体重减轻，饮水量增多而尿量减少，血浆粘度增高，血清ＩｇＧ含量降低，血清铜含量及铜／锌比值增高。全龟胶囊可使阴虚大鼠心率减慢，痛阈升高，血清Ｔ３、Ｔ４浓度降低、甲状腺指数升高、血糖升高、体重增加、饮水量减少而尿量增多、血浆粘度降低、血清ＩｇＧ含量升高、血清铜含量及铜／锌比值降低或恢复正常。
A deficiency of ShengYin rat model was established using high dose thyroxin and the functions to nourish Yin and tonify Sheng of Qan Gui Capsulses were studied in the model.The result has proved the efficacy of Qan Gui Capsulses to nourish Yin and tonify the Sheng.The capsules show significant doseeffect correlation whthin the dose range tested in this study.
