摘要
目的 :观察六味地黄丸滋阴作用。方法 :大鼠灌服 3周甲状腺素造成甲亢型肾阴虚模型。结果 :六味地黄丸能显著减慢阴虚大鼠心率 ,减少饮水量 ,增加尿量和体重 ,升高血糖、痛阈、甲状腺指数、血清IgG含量 ,降低血浆粘度 ,血清T3、T4 、铜含量及铜 锌比值 ,呈明显剂量依赖关系。结论 :六味地黄丸对甲亢型肾阴虚大鼠具有明显滋阴作用。
To observe the nourishing Yin action of Six-Ingredient Rehamnnia Pill (SIRP),Thyroxin (ig) was orally administrated to rats for 3 weeks in order to induce kidney yin-deficiency model of rats.Results showed SIRP markedly decreased the heart rate,plasma viscosity,serum T 3 and T 4,copper,the ratio of copper to zinc,and the intake of water,increased urine output,body weight,blood sugar,pain threshold,Index of thyroid and serum IgG contents.The dose-dependent relationship was significant.SIRP showed significant nourishing Yin action on kidney yin-deficiency rats induced by hyperthyrea.
