摘要
榄香烯乳剂腹腔给药及瘤周注射给药，实验组瘤重均显著比对照组轻，实验组小鼠血清岩藻糖苷酶及γ谷氨酰转肽酶活性均显著低于对照组，提示榄香烯可能通过抑制αＬ岩藻糖苷酶活性及γ谷氨酰转肽酶活性而抑制该细胞株在小鼠体内的生长。
In this paper, antitumor effect of elemene on tumorbearing mice was studied.The results show that the drug was injected around tumor and in abdomen,the tumor weight of elemenetreated groups were lighter than that of control groups (p<0.01,p<0.01).The tumor mark enzymes AFU and γGT activity were significantly lower than that of control groups (p<0.05,p<0.05).These results suggest that elemene possesses antitumor effect on this cell line.
