摘要
本文研究了四川盆地江河的年径流、枯水、洪水特性和变化趋势,分析了它们与当地森林面积变化的关系,归纳出该地区森林水文作用的主要规律,即随森林覆被率的提高,年径流系数、枯水流量、涵养指数、削洪能力都将增加。并提出森林涵养作用的地区性和迟滞效应,为长江中上游防护林工程布局决策,效益评价和生态环境影响预测提供了科学依据。
The annual runoff,low water,flood nature and its changing trendence in the Sichuan basin is studied in the paper,it also analyses the relationship of them with the change of forest area,summarizing the principal rule of the effects of forest hydrology,i.e.,as the cover rate of forest is increased,the annual runoff coefficient,lowflow in dry season water,conserving index and the ability of flood reduce are all increased.The regionality and retarding effect of forest-hydrology effects have been proposed research provides seietific ground for the distribution policy-making of forestation in the upper and middle regions of Yangtzi river valley.
