摘要
考虑到淤地坝的最优拦泥坝高与最优滞洪坝高之间存在着密切的关系,本文提出了在坝系优化规划中对两种坝高同时进行优化的思路及数学模型。在数学模型中避免了对经济、社会及生态效益的计算,采用了能间接反映三种效益而又较为简单的目标函数及约束条件。文中有计算实例。
Considering the close relationship between the optimum dam height to retard mud and the optipum dam height to detention flood, the thinking and mathematical models to optimize the two height simu- oteniously in the optimal planning of the dam system are raised.In the models the calculation on economical,social and ecological benefits is avoided,accepting the simpler goal function and limitation conditions that could reflect the three benefits indirectly.It gives the example of calculation.
