摘要
黄土丘陵沟壑区第Ｉ副区是黄河中游水土流失的重点地区。淤地坝是该区水土保持的重要措施之一，坝地是高产稳产的基本农田。作者在对淤地坝系考察、调查、试验观测的基础上，进行分析研究，提出了该区坝系发展中．坝系的合理布设和综合运用模式，并进行了效益分析。
