摘要
目的 探讨滋阴明目丸抗氧化及扩血管的作用。方法 将雌雄各半１００只１６月龄小鼠随机分成蒸馏水组、滋阴明目丸高、中、低剂量组和杞菊地黄丸组。连续灌胃１月后，摘除眼球组织匀浆取上清液检测超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）、过氧化氢酶（ＣＡＴ）、丙二醛（ＭＤＡ）及一氧化氮（ＮＯ）的含量，同时采集眶静脉血作内皮素（ＥＴ）含量的测定。结果 滋阴明目丸能显著提高眼组织中ＳＯＤ、ＣＡＴ的含量，降低ＭＤＡ的含量；显著提高眼组织中ＮＯ含量及ＮＯ／ＥＴ值。结论 滋阴明目丸有显著地抗氧化及提高眼组织中ＮＯ及ＮＯ／ＥＴ含量，推测其具有一定的扩血管作用。
Objective To explore the antioxidation and vasodilator effect of Ziyingmingmu Pill(ZYMMP).Methods 100 16-month-old mice which were composed of male and female in equal were divided at random into Distilled water group?ZYMMP high?middle?low dose group and Qijudihuang PILL group. After the ated for one month, the eyes were enucleated and homogenized. Using supernatant, we measured the content of SOD?CAT?MDA and NO. Meantime, we measured the cont ent of ET using orbital vein blood which was centrifuged. Results ZYMMP can emi nently increase the contents of SOD?and CAT in ocular tissue, and decrease the content of MDA; can obviously increase the content of NO and the ratio of NO to ET. Conclusion ZYMMP have the eminent effect of antioxidation and dilating vascular.
