摘要
目的 观察不同舌象与舌苔脱落细胞之间的相关性，探讨舌象形成的机理。方法 分别采用舌象观察和舌印片脱落细胞成熟指数（ＭＩ）、成熟价值（ＭＶ）为指标，观察了２８３例不同疾病患者的舌象和细胞学变化特点，并与７０例健康者为对照。结果 观察组舌象异常率显著高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）；各舌象组中，ＭＩ、ＭＶ改变以紫暗舌组与腻苔组、剥苔组为最明显（与对照组比Ｐ＜０．０１）；观察组中淡红舌组、薄白苔组ＭＩ、ＭＶ与对照组分别存在显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论 不同中医舌象有其细胞学特征，舌脱落细胞学检查不仅反映舌苔的变化，同时也与舌质和疾病本身具相关性。
Objective To study the relationship betw een differ ent TCM tongue picture and the cytological changes of tongue coating, and the me chanism of the formation of tongue picture. Methods By way of tongu e printing-slides , the maturation index (MI) and maturation value(MV) were tested and the tongue picture were observed,in 283 cases of patients with different diseases,and 70 h e althy people as control.Results The abnormal rate of tongue pictur es in the obse rvation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01). The changes of MI and MV in dark purple tongue, greasy coating and peeling coating were the mos t obvious(P<0.01).Moreover,the MI and MV of light-red tongue and whi te coating i n the observation group were markedly different from those in the control group( P<0.01).Conclusion The results indicate that each kin d of tongue picture possesses its own cytological feature, and that the test of e xfoliative cytology of theutongue can not only reflect the changes of tongue coa ting but also be related to the changes of tongue body and diseases.
