摘要
目的:探讨围绝经期综合征患者舌苔脱落细胞成熟度与肝郁病理的关系。方法:选取30名健康妇女作为对照组,100名围绝经期综合征患者作为观察组,采用证素辨证进行肝郁病理分级,观察舌苔脱落细胞成熟指数(MI)、成熟价值(MV)与肝郁病理及舌象的关系。结果:①舌苔脱落细胞MV与肝郁病理分级呈负相关;②围绝经期综合征患者不同舌色组(淡白、淡红、红色、紫色)和不同舌苔组(薄白、薄黄、白厚、黄厚、剥苔)间MI、MV差异不显著;③观察组MV明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:围绝经期综合征舌苔脱落细胞MI、MV与疾病相关,MV与肝郁病理呈负相关。
Objective：To explore the relationship of tongue exfoliated cells and stagnation of liver qi in perimenopausal syndrome.Methods：30 healthy women were in control group,100 patients of the perimenopausal syndrome were in observed group,stagnation of liver qi was classified according to TCM element differentiation,observing tongue exfoliated cells maturity and stagnation of liver qi and tongue.Results：①Tongue exfoliated cells maturity value was positively correlated with stagnation of liver qi（P0.01）;②Different tongue color groups（light white tongue,light red tongue,red tongue,purple tongue）and different tongue coating groups （thin white coating,thin yellow coating,thick white coating,thick yellow coating）were not significant difference in MI,MV;③MV of observed group was significantly lower than that of control group（P0.01）.Conclusion：Tongue exfoliated cells MI,MV were correlated with the perimenopausal syndrome,MV was positively correlated with stagnation of liver qi.
