摘要
目的 观察龈沟液（GCF）中天冬氨酸转氨酶（AST）的稳定性与年龄、性别的关系。方法 用全自动生化分析仪,对120名牙周健康者的240颗牙的GCF-AST水平进行了测定。结果 不同年龄组、不同性别的牙周健康者GCF-AST水平无显著性差异（P>0.50）。结论 GCF-AST具有一定的稳定性,不受年龄、性别因素的影响。
Objective To study the relationship of different ages, sex and stability of aspartate aminotransferase( AST) in gingival crevicular fluid(GCF) .Methods Two hundreds and forty teeth in a hundred twenty men with healthy periodontium were selected.To measure GCF-AST level by automatic analytic instrument on the biochemical. Results The level of GCF-AST with healthy periodontium in different ages and sex is on obvious differences ( P > 0.50) . Conclusion GCF-AST is not influenced by ages and sex factors, is steadier.
