摘要
目的分析采用氧化锆全瓷冠修复对患牙牙周组织的影响。方法选择2008年6月至2009年3月在沈阳市口腔医院修复科就诊的需行全冠修复的患者38例(患牙52颗),采用氧化锆全瓷冠修复患牙。于修复前及修复后1年行牙周状况检查。分别取患牙修复前、后的龈沟液(gingival crevicular fluid,GCF),进行GCF量测定,并对GCF内肿瘤坏死因子(tumorne crosis factor-α,TNF-α)和白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)含量进行比较分析。结果修复体边缘的深度符合临床要求,修复后患牙的牙周指标(探诊深度、龈沟出血指数、菌斑指数)、GCF量、GCF内TNF-α及IL-6含量与修复前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氧化锆全瓷冠修复后1年内对患牙牙周组织无明显不利影响。
Objective To detect the effect of zirconia all-ceramic crowns on gingival health. Methods Fifty-two teeth with zirconia all-ceramic crowns subgingival margins of thirty-eight patients were involved in the study. The patients were examined before and 1 year after the placement of the crowns. The gingival crevicular fluid （GCF）samples were collected by filter paper strips. The weight of GCF and the concentration of GCF TNF-α and IL-6 were detected. Results All the restorations were clinically accepted, either in marginal depth or in marginal discrepancies. There were no significant differences in clinical parameters and GCF parameters between the test teeth before and after prosthesis. Conclusion Clinically accepted, zirconia all-ceramic crown has no apparently negative influences on gingival health of the restored teeth in one year.
