摘要
为探讨补阳还五汤治疗早期脑梗塞的机理，分别用补阳还五汤（中药组）及１０％７０６代血浆合肠溶阿斯匹林（西药组）治疗发病１～７天的脑梗塞患者各３５例，观察了治疗前后血浆内皮素（ＥＴ）、降钙素基因相关肽（ＣＧＲＰ）水平的变化。结果治疗前两组ＥＴ均显著高于正常对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），而ＣＧＲＰ显著低于正常对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）；治疗后两组ＥＴ、ＣＧＲＰ均显著改善（Ｐ＜０．０１），且以中药组改善更为明显。

In order to study the mechanisms of Buyanghuanwu Decoction(补阳还五汤,BYHWD) in treating early cerebral infarction,35 cases with early cerebral infarction were treated with BYHWD and other 35 cases were treated with aspirin and hydroxyethyl strarch as a control group.The levels of endothelin(ET) and calcitinin gene related peptide (CGRP) in the plasma were observed.The results showed that the levels of ET in two groups before treatment were very higher than the controls (P<0.01),and levels of CGRP were very lower (P<0.01).Changes of levels ET and CGRP in two groups before and after treatment were signifficant (P<0.01).Changes of levels of ET and CGRP in BYHWD were better than that in control group (P<0.05,0.01),and also the clinical treatment results of BYHWD were better than control group(P<0.01).It is one of the mechanisms for BYHWD to treat cerebral infarction by regulating the stage of ET and CGRP metabolism.
