摘要
目的 :观察血府逐瘀胶囊对血瘀型肺心病的治疗效果。方法 :40例血瘀型肺心病患者随机分为两组 ,在常规治疗同时 ,治疗组使用血府逐瘀胶囊 ,对照组使用肠溶阿斯匹林 ,28～30d为1个疗程 ,将治疗前后症状、体征及血常规、血流变检查进行记录。结果 :治疗组总有效率为95 % ,对照组总有效率为70 % ,两组比较有显著性差异 ,P<0.05。两组血流变、血小板、纤维蛋白原均有改善 ,两组比较有显著性差异 ,P<0.05。结论 :血府逐瘀胶囊为治疗血瘀型肺心病提供了有效的方法 ,且安全、有效。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of XZC on pulmonary heart disease with blood stasis. Method: 40 cases were divided into 2 groups: the treatment group (given XZC) and the control group (given bowel-soluble aspirin) with 28 to 30 days a course. Symptoms, signs and indexes of blood routine test and rheology were recorded before and after treatment.Result:The total effects were 95% and 70% in treatment group and control group respectively, and there was an obvious difference between them (P<0.05). The indexes of blood rheology, blood platelet, fibrinogen in both groups were improved, but difference between them were obvious (P<0.05). Conclusion: XZC provides an effective and safe method to treat pulmonary heart disease of blood stasis type with fewer side effects.
