摘要
提出柱前衍生高效液相色谱法测定饮料中的牛磺酸。在碱性条件下 ,用单磺酰氯作为衍生化试剂 ,以乙腈 -醋酸钠缓冲溶液 (pH =7.2 )为流动相 ,在 2 90nm处进行紫外检测。
This paper presents a method for determining taurine by pre-column performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) in alkaline condition. Sulfonyl chloride is used as derivatization agent. The derivation is detected by C 18 reversed phase HPLC column and at 290nm with acetonitrile sodium acetate buffer(pH=7.2) as mobile phase.
