瑞香狼毒多糖对环磷酰胺处理小鼠免疫功能的影响 被引量:35

摘要 目的 :探索瑞香狼毒多糖 (RXLDDT)的免疫调节作用。方法 :Balb/c小鼠 ,ip环磷酰胺造成免疫抑制模型 ,同时灌胃给RXLDDT 7d ,观察小鼠免疫器官重量、脾细胞特异抗体的产生、血清凝集素滴度、溶血素CH50 值、足垫迟发超敏反应、ConA刺激的小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖和小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能。结果 :RXLDDT 0 .4~ 2g·kg-1给药 7d ,小鼠胸腺重量增加。SRBC刺激的足垫迟发超敏反应和ConA刺激的小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖增加 5 2 .2 %~ 183.0 %和 94.6 %~ 2 74.1%。小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能显著增强。 2g·kg-1组小鼠脾脏重量、血清凝集素滴度、溶血素CH50 值也明显高于对照组。结论 :RXLDDT能明显改善环磷酰胺抑制的小鼠免疫功能 ,这可能是瑞香狼毒抗肿瘤的另一作用机理。 Objective:[WT5BZ]To explore the improving-immune-function of the polysaccharide from Ruixiang Langdu( Stellera chamaejasme L.) (RXLDDT) in mice treated with cyclophosphamide(CTX).[WT5HZ]Methods:[WT5BZ]Balb/c mice treated with CTX were administrated with RXLDDT 0.4~2 g·kg -1 for 7 d.The weights of spleens and thymuns of the mice,specific antibody formation of splenocytes,serum agglutinin titer and hemolysin HC 50 in mice immunized with SRBC were assayed.The delayed hypersensitivity (DH)and the proliferation of mouse splenic lymphyocytes activated with Con A were measured.The peritoneal macrophage phagocytosis in mice were analysized.[WT5HZ]Results:[WT5BZ]After treatment with RXLDDT(0.4,1,and 2 g·kg -1 ),the thymuns of mice,DH and the proliferation of mouse splenic lymphyocytes activated with Con A were increased markedly,in dose-dependent manner.The peritoneal macrophage phagocytosis in the mice were also improved.Only at dose of 2 g ·kg -1 were the weights of spleens of mice,specific antibody formation of splenocytes,serum agglutinin titer,hemolysin HC 50 in mice immunized with SRBC increased significantly.[WT5HZ]Conclusion:[WT5BZ]RXLDDT had a remarkable improving effects on immune function inhibited by CTX in mice,which may be another important antitumor mechanism of Ruixiang Langdu.
