摘要 本文目的是解决应用辊压机后,球磨机功率和能力如何计算的新问题。文中首先确定了普通高效选粉机水泥流粉磨系统比面积和单位粉磨电耗的关系。其次探求了物料受辊压后,由于易磨性改善、产生细粉、辊压物料再循环作用等方面对单位粉磨电耗的影响。建立的计算式可用于不同的粉磨系统。 This article discusses a new problem of how to calculate the power consumption and capacity of ball mill in a grinding system with roller press. The author, at first, determines the relationship between the specific surface area of finished product and power consumption for a conventional closed circuit grinding system without roller press. Then he discusses the effects of the improved grindability and the fine particles produced due to the action of roller press on the power consumption of the system as well as the recirculation of com pressed material. The calculation formulas for various grinding system are presented in the article.
