摘要
简介了上海宝钢化工有限公司三期精萘静态分步结晶工艺,提出了通过结晶工艺参数来计算装置生产能力的计算方法。该方法能判断调试平稳新装置产能达标情况,并可结合结晶工艺参数调整来挖掘已运行装置的产能潜力,降低生产成本,提高竞争力。
The static fractional crystallization process of refined naphthalene in Shanghai Baosteel Chemical Co. Ltd. is introduced. A new method to calculate production capacity of a plant using crystallization parameters is proposed. The method could be used to evaluate whether the newly adjusted plant has reached the productivity standard. It could also use this method to dig the production potential for already running plants by adjusting crystallization process Darameters to decrease the cost of uroduction and enhance the comDetitiveness.
