摘要 目的　探讨宫颈阴道分泌物中高磷酸化的胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白 -1(IGFBP -1)与早产的关系。方法　应用免疫层析法检测 10 8例孕妇宫颈阴道分泌物中高磷酸化的IGFBP -1。结果　先兆早产组、正常妊娠组的IGF BP -1阳性率分别为 48% (2 7/5 6)和 8% (4 /5 2 ) ,两组结果相比较 ,差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　宫颈阴道分泌物中的胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白
