摘要
目的 :南通市老年大学学员与晨练老人生存质量的调查研究。方法 :用 WHO推荐的生存质量评价量表 ( WHOQOL- BREF)对 60岁以上老年大学学员 ( 5 71人 )和同期晨练老人 ( 170人 )进行问卷调查。结果 :两组人群生存质量得分均以中等水平为主 ,晨练组得分高于老年大学组。结论 :体育活动可能是影响老年人生存质量的有利因素 ;
Objective: To investigate the actual QOL of senior citizens in College and morning exercising elders. Methods: A questionnaire named WHOQOL-BREF recommended by WHO is used to investigate senior citizens in College (571) and morning exercising elders (170) once the elder's age is 60 or above. Results: Both groups give priority to the middle scores of QOL. But morning exercising elders have higher score than senior citizens in college. Conclusion: Physical exercising should be an active factor for an elder's quality of life. And it needs efforts of entire society to improve the elder's quality of life.
