摘要
目的 :用 HRP逆行示踪法评价人工组织神经移植物辅加神经再生素修复大鼠周围神经缺损的效果。方法 :壳聚糖套管和聚乙醇酸纤维组成人工组织神经移植物并辅加神经再生素 ,修复大鼠的坐骨神经缺损 ( 10 mm)。术后 2 4周时 ,进行大鼠 HRP逆行示踪试验。结果 :脊髓及背根神经节中均出现数量不等的被 HRP标记的神经元胞体。结论 :人工组织神经移植物辅加神经再生素对缺损的神经修复具有良好的桥梁作用和促神经生长作用。
ObjectiveThis study was to evaluate the artificial tissue nerve graft adding nerve regeneration factor (NRF) repaired sciatic nerve gap in rat with a HRP retrograde tracing.Methods: The artificial tissue nerve graft was compounded of chitosan tube and polyglycolic acid fiber adding NRF, which was transplanted in the 10mm gap of the transected sciatic nerve in rat. HRP was injected into sciatic nerve after 24 weeks postoperative, and the spinal cord segment and the dorsal root ganglion were observed under microscope. Results:The labeled cells with HRP were found in the spinal cord segment and the dorsal root ganglion.Conclusion:The artificial tissue nerve graft adding NRF was a bridge and can promote nerve regeneration for the nerve gap
