摘要
本文介绍了宁国水泥厂PC窑结皮原因及解决措施。作者认为该窑结皮主要由于煤的含硫量波动所引起,并就撒料板、系统漏风、窑尾下料溜子积料,以及配料等方面的原因进行探讨,可供其它工厂参考。
The reasons to the coatings in the PC kiln in Ningguo Cement Plant and the respective treatments are herein . It is considered that the coatings in this kiln are mainly due to the fluctuations of the sulfur content of coal. The reas- ons such as distributing plate, air leakage of the system, accumulation of materials in the kiln inlet chute, raw meal proportioning, etc. are also approached, which can be referred by other PC kiln plants.
