摘要
对新型干法窑生产中容易发生的结皮堵塞问题进行了分析,提出了建立预警专家系统解决此问题的思路。对构成专家系统的主要部分知识库和推理机进行了详细分析和论述,在知识表示中采用不同的方法表示不同特点的领域知识。在对结皮进行判断时,重点对温度及3种有害组分的含量进行实时监测,完成了预警专家系统的设计。
The problem of buildups jam which easily takes place in the new style dry-process rotary kiln was analyzed. Then a kind of thoughtfulness was proposed to resolve the problem by establishing an expert system of forewarning prompt. The knowledge database and deduction machine were analyzed. Different methods were used to express knowledge in different fields. Temperature and content of three kinds of contents were vitally checked and the expert system was set up.
