摘要
文章从四个方面重点分析了促进我国创业投资公司发展应采取的策略 :第一、从国情出发选择适合创业投资公司运营的企业组织形式 ;第二、多角度拓展我国创业投资公司的融资渠道 ;第三、强化对创业投资公司的法律监管 ;第四、努力为创业投资公司培育良好的外部环境。
This paper mainly analyzes strategies about hastening the development of venture capital corporation in China from four aspects : Firstly, choose appropriate organizational style of venture capital corporation according to the concrete conditions uitable for China; secondly, explore the channels of financing varied channels; thirdly, strengthen legal supervision about venture capital corporation; fourthly, cultivate favorable environments for venture capital corporation.
