摘要
本文以制度变迁为理论出发点 ,通过分析市场与政府在美国中小银行发展历程中的作用 ,指出在不同经济发展时期 ,不同程度的政府与市场调节极大地影响着中小银行的兴衰 ,并对当前我国中小银行的生存环境及发展策略作了一定剖析。
This Article is based on the systematic variance theoretically.Through analyzing the role of marketplace and government in the development of small and medium\|size banks in USA,The author stresses that different extent adjustment of market place and government has large effect on the success or downfall of small and medium-size banks in different economic time.This article also analyzes the existing environment and development strategy of small and medium-size banks in China.
