摘要
简括地分析了危机爆发前异常信号的发散性、可扩性、相关性、蕴含性 ,并提出加强对这些异常信号的监控、收集、分析 。
The paper analyzes concisely divergent,expansive,correlative,and implicative natures of unusual signals before crises actually happen,and it is concluded that reinforced momitor,collection,and analysis of unusual signals are the key to effectively avert crises.
