摘要
文章介绍了我国非政府组织发展状况及其在应急管理中的研究,分析了非政府组织在城市应急管理中信息传播、资源弥补、过程协助以及地区联络纽带的功能,指出了其中的不足并提出了相关的对策。研究表明非政府组织的参与有利于城市危机管理的及时有效完成。
This paper introduces the development of Chinag non-governmental organizations and the research state of non-governmental organizations in the city emergency management, analyzes the function of non-governmental organizations in the city emergency management, such as information propagation, resource remedy, process assistance, area liaison, point out the deficiencies and has proposed relevant measures. The participation of non-governmental organizations in the city emergency management can make the crisis management been completed timely and effectively.
