室温离子液体催化“一锅法”合成3,4-二氢嘧啶-2-酮 被引量:50

Ionic Liquids Catalyzed One-Pot Synthesis of 3,4-Dihydropyrimidin-2(1H)-ones

摘要 利用室温离子液体作催化剂 ,芳香醛、尿素和乙酰乙酸乙酯或乙酰丙酮三组分缩合制备 3,4 二氢嘧啶 2 酮衍生物 ,反应条件温和 ,反应时间短 ,且不需另加有机溶剂 .考察了不同取代基对芳香醛、尿素和乙酰乙酸乙酯或乙酰丙酮三组分缩合反应的影响 .还考察了不同的室温离子液体的催化性能 ,发现 1 丁基 3 甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐较1 丁基 3 Dihydropyrimidinones and their derivatives were synthesised in high yields by a one pot three component Biginelli condensation in the presence of catalytic amounts of room temperature ionic liquids such as 1 n Butyl 3 methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate (BMImBF 4) and hexafluorophosphorate (BMImPF 6) under neutral and solvent free conditions. The one pot Biginelli condensation has such advantages as high yields, short reaction time, and simple procedure.
