摘要
新型混凝土增强密实剂WHDF ,其作用机理是通过促进、优化水泥水化和协同激发混凝土中活性混合材料与Ca(OH) 2 进行二次水化等作用 ,提高混凝土中凝胶量 ,降低孔隙率 ,改善水泥石及骨料界面结构 ,增强凝胶粘结力 ,从而使混凝土具有良好的抗裂及耐久性能。这一作用机理得到了实验室试验、工程应用及微观测试的验证。
A new reinforcing densant of concrete(WHDF),which functions as enhancing and optimizing concrete hydration,increasing jel of concrete,improving interface structure between cement stone and bone materials,arising caking power of jel,can improve mechanics property and endurance property of concrete significantly.The conclusion has been tested by experiment,engineering application and micro scale measurement of concrete with WHDF.
