摘要
研究常用减水剂与粉煤灰的相容性.实验采用了建筑宝 3、FDN 500和MD 150等3种奈系减水剂;一种聚羧酸系减水剂(KFDN SP2000A);所用粉煤灰有Ⅱ级灰和Ⅲ级灰.研究表明,奈系和聚羧酸系减水剂与粉煤灰均有较好的相容性,对水泥—粉煤灰胶砂表现出较好的分散效果.
The compatibility of common additive and flying ash is studied. The additive contains three kinds of naphthalene additive, Jianzhubao-3, FDN-500 and MD-150, and one kind of poly carboxylic acid additive(KFDN-2000A). The flying ash contains class Ⅱ ash and class Ⅲ ash. The research suggests that naphthalene additive and poly carboxylic acid additive have better compatibility with flying ash. They all demostrate better dispersive result to the cement mortar with flying ash.
