摘要
本文综述了20世纪70年代以来有关杭白菊抗心肌缺血、抗心绞痛的实验及临床研究结果以及近年来本实验室在此基础上从整体、离体及细胞水平研究杭白菊总提取物及不同溶剂萃取物抗心肌缺血、抗心律失常及增强心肌收缩力方面所取得的部分研究进展。
The present article reviews the experimental and clinical studies on the effects of Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat (CMR ) in myocardial ischemia and antiangina, which have been carried out since the 1970s, and summarizes the recent studies on the anti-myocardial ischemia, anti-arrhythmias and positive inotropy effects of general extract from CMR as well as extracts obtained with different solvents from CMR in in vivo and in vitro experiments of the authors' laboratory.
