摘要
对超声波辅助萃取杭白菊挥发油的工艺进行研究,在单因素实验的基础上通过正交试验探讨超声波辅助萃取杭白菊精油的最佳工艺。研究结果表明:超声提取温度为50℃、超声提取功率为70 W、超声提取时间为25 min、提取次数为2次时提取效果最佳。
To study the crafts of the essential oil of Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat by the method of ultrasonic-assisted extracting,the optimum extraction condition was investigated both by orthogonal and single factors analysis experiments.The result showed that the optimum extracting condition:the supersonic temperature was 50 ℃,the supersonic power was 70 W,the supersonic time was 25 min,the supersonic times was 2.
