摘要
目的 用正交试验优选葆妇欣挥发油 β-环糊精包合工艺的最佳条件。方法 采用饱和水溶液搅拌法制备包合物 ,用L9(34 )正交试验 ,以挥发油利用率为指标 ,筛选最佳工艺条件。结果 影响包结效果的主要因素为环糊精的比例及包合时间。结论 :最佳工艺条件是以 8倍于挥发油的 β -环糊精量包合 ,包合温度为4 0℃ ,包合时间为 3h。
Objective:To choose the optimal conditions of β-cyclodextrin binding process of volatile oils in Baofuxin Granules by orthogonal design. Methods: The oil inclusion was prepared by stirring in saturated solution. With the utilization rate of oils as the index, the process conditions were screened by L 9 (3 4) orthogonal test. Results: The proportion of β-cyclodextrin and the binding time were the main factors of the binding process. Conclusion: The optimal conditions of β-cyclodextrin binding process of volatile oils in Baofuxin Granules are as follow: binding with β-cyclodextrin 8 folds as much as that of oils at 40℃ and binding for 3 hours.
