摘要
目的 为客观、定量评估吸烟对嗓音的危害。方法 利用Ｄｒ Ｓｐｅｅｃｈ Ｓｃｉｅｎｃｅ ｆｏｒ Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ软件分别测试９０例不吸烟和吸烟者的嗓音。结果 振幅微扰（Ｊｉｔｔｅｒ）、基频微扰（Ｓｈｉｍｍｅｒ）和声门噪声值（ＮＮＥ）在吸烟人群中明显高于不吸烟者，且随烟龄的增加而增高。结论 吸烟降低嗓音音质；计算机嗓音测试为临床嗓音的定量评估提供了客观内容。
Objective To evaluate the effects of cigarette smoking to the voice objectively and quantitatively.Methods Dr Speech Science for Windows was employed to record and analyze the voice of 90 normal subjects and 90 cigarette smokers respectively in this study. Results The results indicated that Jitter and Shimmer and NNE were higher in the smokers than those in the normal subjects,moreover they increased along with the period of cigarette smoking. Conclusion It c omes to that cigarette smoking does decrease the voice quality and the computerized voice ass essment provides a objective and quantitative evaluation of the voice for clinic study.
