摘要
[目的]了解浙江省义乌市初中及小学教师嗓音疾病发病情况,指导临床做好防治工作。[方法]采用现况调查进行耳鼻咽喉科检查。[结果]调查1 194名初中及小学教师,发现541名嘶哑者,发病率为23.84%,且女性发病率明显高于男性(P﹤0.01)。喉部检查结果以声带小结22.03%和慢性喉炎11.56%最多,过度用嗓是造成初中及小学教师嗓音疾病的主要原因。[结论]对初中及小学教师嗓音疾病不应只限于治疗,更要重于早期检查以及纠正发音方法。
[Objective] To understand the incidence situation of hoarseness and other disorders of teachers in primary and middle schools, so as to guide the prevention and control work for voice disorders. [ Methods] A survery on hoarseness and other voice disorders was carried out in teachers in primary and middle schools, and examination of indirect laryngoscopy was given. [ Results] There were 541 teachers with hoarseness in the 1 194 investigated teachers, and the incidence rate was 23.84%. The incidence of female was higher than that of male. The results of indirect laryngoscopy showed that the main lesions were vocal nodules and chronic laryngitis with the incidence rate of 22.03% and 11.56% respectively. Excessive use of throat were the main cause of voice diseases of teachers in primary and middle schools. [Conclusion ] In order to control hoarseness anti other voice disorders in teachers, we should not only depend on treatment, but ＇also early examination. Correcting manner of articulation are also important.
