摘要
目的 :总结鼻内窥镜治疗儿童鼻部疾病的疗效。方法 :7例鼻部疾病患儿行鼻内窥镜手术治疗 ,其中后鼻孔息肉 5例 ,先天性后鼻孔闭锁 1例 ,急性筛、上颌窦炎并眶蜂窝织炎 1例。结果 :7例患儿均获良好疗效。结论 :儿童鼻部少见病中以后鼻孔息肉多见 ,用鼻内窥镜治疗后鼻孔息肉 ,疗效明显优于传统息肉摘除术。经鼻内窥镜治疗后鼻孔闭锁术具有术野清晰、损失少、成功率高的优点。小儿急性鼻窦炎并眶蜂窝织炎是小儿急性鼻窦炎的危险并发症 。
Objective:To summarize the effect of treating children nasal diseases under nasal endoscope.Method:Seven children with nasal disease were operated under nasal endoscope.Five of them were choanal polyp,one was congenital choanal atresia and one was acute ethmo maxillary sinusitis in company with orbital cellulitis.Results:All of seven cases acquired good curative effect.Conclusion:Under nasal endoscope,the polypectomy is obvious supurior to the traditional method in children choanal polyp,and the treatment of choanal atresia has the advantages of clearer operating field,smaller damage and higher success rate.The orbital cellulitis,as one of danger complications of acute sinusitis of children,should be given a great dose of effective antibiotics in time and reduce the sinus pressure under nasal endoscope at the same time as soon as the diagnosis is made.
