摘要
目的 了解妇产科护士心理健康状况。方法 采用 SCL— 90量表对 84名妇产科护士进行调查 ,并随机抽取 1 2 8名非妇产科护士作为对照组 ,量表评分结果与全国常模进行比较。结果 妇产科护士 SCL— 90总分、总均分、阳性项目数、阳性症状均分以及强迫、抑郁、焦虑、敌对和精神病性因子分均显著高于对照组和常模 ,人际关系和偏执分高于对照组 ,躯体化和恐怖分高于常模。观察组与对照组相比 ,总均分、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执和精神病性因子分阳性 (均分≥ 2 )发生率显著较高。结论 妇产科护士存在较多的心理问题 ,部分可能是由于职业的高应激所致 ,提示对妇产科护士开展心理健康教育。
Objective To investigate the psychological health of obsteric and gynecologic nurses.Methods The 84 obstetric and gynecologic nurses were interviewed with Symptom Check List-90(SCL-90) and 128 non-obstetric and gynecologic nurses were recruited randomly as control group,The rating scores of SCL-90 were compared between the two nurse groups and Chinese norm.Restults The subjects total score,total average score,positive symptom numbers,average score of positive symptom and most factor scores of SCL-90 were significantly higher than that of the control group and Chinese norm.Obsession,depression,anxiety and hostility were common psychological problems of the obstetric and gynecologic nurses who showed a higher frequency of positive symptom(average score ≥2)on most factors than control group.Conclusions The obstetric and gynecologic nurses had poor psychological health level which were partially due to the high occupational stress.It suggests the importance of mental health education and promotion of psychological health level on the population.
