摘要
目的观察银杏叶、白蒺藜全草提取物的复合制剂 (JL -GE)对血液流变性的影响。方法选用18月龄雄性SD大鼠分为四组 ,分别用生理盐水、阿斯匹林和JL -GE(分两种剂量 ,Ⅰ组JL -GE150mg/kg/d ,Ⅱ组JL-GE300mg/kg/d)灌胃 ,半月后检测其血液流变学指标。结果不同剂量的两个JL -GE实验组的高、低切变率下全血粘度、血浆粘度、纤维蛋白原含量明显低于生理盐水模型组 (P<0.01 ,P<0.05) ,其中纤维蛋白原含量也显著低于对照组 (P<0.05) ,而两个实验组动物红细胞压积与模型组之间没有显著差异 (P>0.05)。结论JL -GE可能通过降低红细胞聚集性 ,提高红细胞变形能力 ,降低纤维蛋白原的含量改善SD大鼠的全血粘度和血浆粘度。
Objective To observe the effects of JL-GE on hemorrheology.Methods 42 SD rats were randomly divided into four groups:NS model group.Control group. JL-GE trial group(1) and JL-GE trial group(2),the animals were respectively fed with NS, Aspirin, JL-GE 150mg/kg/d and JL-GE 300mg/kg/d. Half a month later, indexes of hemorrheology were detected.Results The levels of blood viscosity(high shear. low shear), plasma viscosity and plasma fibrinogen contents of the rats in two trial groups were significantly lower than those in the model group(P<0.01,P<0.05). The plasma fibrinogen contents were lower markedly than those in control group(P<0.05),but the hemotocrits of two trial groups had no significant difference compared with those of model group(P>0.05). Conclusions JL-GE can reduce blood viscosity and plasma viscosity to lower the aggregation of erythrocytes and improve deformability of erythrocytes and lower the contents of fibrinogen.
