摘要
［摘 要］我国建国以来预算管理制度变迁大体经历了产生、长期相对稳定，“供给主导型”和“中间扩散型”与“供给主导型”并存等四个阶段。今后，“中间扩散型”与“供给主导型”制度变迁模式将长期并存，随着制度变迁中新的“第一行动集团”的成熟，逐步向“需求诱致型”制度变迁方式转化。
Abstract: We have experienced 4 periods of hudget control system since the foundation of China. The system of leadingtype of supply and diffusive type of intermediate will last for a long time, and they will chang into the system of in-duced type of demand.
