摘要
利用日本理学公司DMAX/3C X 射线衍射仪,对不同原料配方、孔径的微孔膜蒸发过程进行了X 射线衍射扫描,也对一些成品膜如聚酰胺、聚砜(中空纤维膜、平面膜)、CN-CA 微孔膜做了X 射线衍射扫描。结果发现:膜蒸发过程中无晶粒出现,均为无定形体,成品膜中也没有任何晶粒出现,也应视为无定形体。可见蒸发凝胶时出现有形状的雪花状花纹因分子排列无序,仍应视为无定形体,但是否有微晶化倾向,有待研究。
In this paper,some membranes with different material prescriptions
and pore sizes and their evaporating process were undergone X-ray diffra-
ction scanning with a diffractor made by Lisho Co.,Japan.The membranes
were made by polysulfone (hollow fiber or plane membrane),polyamide,CA-
CN.It was found that there was no crystal grain in the evaporating proc-
ess,i.e.,they were all amorphous,so the snow flakes in the membrane
evapotating process were not crystalline.But it still needs farther study
whether there are some tiny crystal grains or not.
