X光下显影石墨的研制

摘要 本文对以钨粉作填加剂的X光下显影石墨的生产工艺进行了研究,并就混捏方式对填加剂在糊料中分布均匀程度的影响,填加剂的粒度及含量对材料性能的影响作了较为详细的研究,研究表明,填加剂的粒度应控制在0.075mm以下,且筛分纯度不小于95%,其含量在15%左右较为适宜。 Abstract In the paper,the process manufacturing graphite developing under X-Ray with W-additive,the effect of the mixing ways on W-additive's evenly distributing degree in paste and the effect of W-additive's sizes and volume on material properties were studied in detail.The studying result showed that W -additive's sizes were below 0.075mm,the screening purity was less than 95%,and the suitable volume was about 15%.
