摘要
为满足病人需求 ,解决管理上的难点 ,通过设立陪护管理站 ,制定规章制度 ,明确职责 ,严格录用手续 ,统一着装 ,持证挂牌上岗 ,规范管理 ;岗前进行思想道德教育 ,生活护理基本技能培训 ;加强在职专门知识技能学习 ;强化服务质量监控等措施 ,取得了较好效果。深受患者及家属的欢迎 ,也净化了医院环境和工作秩序 ,为整体护理 。
To meet the patients' need, solve the problem on management, the author introduces experiences of full time paramedic system as setting up nursing administration station, setting down bylaws, be strict with employment, wearing uniform and cards, giving pre-job moral training, basic nursing skill training, strengthening service quality supervise. The results show good and welcomed by patients and relations. It also prettifies the circumstance and order of hospital, gives reference to integral nursing and home nursing.
