摘要 介绍“锁孔技术” ,即微侵袭神经内窥镜的应用方法。它是目前神经外科的一种治疗新手段 ,具有安全、简便、损伤小、疗效好的优点 ,然而仍需进一步提高。 In this paper,the techniques and the application of 'keyhole operation'-minimally invasive endoscopic neurosurgery are discussed.Keyhole operation is one of new minimally invasive techniques in modern neurosurgery.It is useful,safe and simple,with little operaive trauma reactions and good effect for selected cases.However,the techniques still needs further improvement.
